Clear terms for Realistic Leads referral programs, support services, plan agreements, and customer responsibilities.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when a customer selects a Realistic Leads plan and completes the service agreement on this website. Before submitting the agreement, the customer can review the selected plan, its included services, the applicable referral-fee terms, and the Refund Policy.
2. Services Provided
Realistic Leads provides access to real estate buyer and seller referral opportunities and, where included in the selected plan, live calls, scheduled appointments, account management, virtual assistant support, administrative assistance, lead follow-up support, and CRM/admin support. The services included in the customer's agreement are the services listed for the selected plan at the time of acceptance.
3. Plan Price and Referral Fee
The customer agrees to the plan price shown on the Pricing page for the selected plan. Where a referral fee is listed, that percentage applies to qualifying net commission as described in the selected plan. Customers should review the full plan details before accepting.
4. No Guaranteed Business Result
Realistic Leads does not guarantee a transaction, appointment, listing, commission, income, conversion rate, or any specific business result. Real estate outcomes can depend on market conditions, consumer decisions, customer follow-up, licensing requirements, negotiation, and other factors outside our control.
5. Customer Information
The customer must provide accurate and current name, phone number, email address, and service-area information. The customer is responsible for notifying Realistic Leads if this information changes.
6. Agreement Acceptance and Record
The customer accepts the selected plan by reviewing the agreement, confirming acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, entering the required information, and submitting the agreement. The website records the date and time of submission and sends the agreement details to the customer's email address and the site's administrative email address.
7. 14-Day Refund Policy
A customer may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment. When a refund request is received within that 14-day period, Realistic Leads will initiate the refund within 14 calendar days. The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded funds appear in the account. 8. Virtual Assistant and Administrative Support
Where VA or administrative services are included, those services are limited to the scope described in the selected plan and the onboarding instructions agreed with the customer. Virtual assistants do not provide legal, tax, financial, brokerage, or other regulated professional advice.
9. Customer Compliance
The customer is responsible for complying with applicable real estate, advertising, privacy, telemarketing, licensing, consumer-protection, and other laws and professional rules that apply to the customer's business and market. Realistic Leads does not replace the customer's legal or compliance advisors.
10. Communications and Email
By submitting a plan agreement, the customer authorizes Realistic Leads to use the submitted contact information to administer the selected service, communicate about the agreement, and provide relevant service communications. The customer should keep the confirmation email for their records.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Realistic Leads is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit a legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. The current version will be posted on this website with an updated date. The customer should review the terms before entering into a new plan agreement.
